Oriya Preacher Pandit Charan Ramdas no more
Oriya Bhajan Music Artist and Jagannath Culture preacher Pandit Charan Ramdas who uses to give speeches on Hindu religion, passed away on Monday to COVID-19 while undergoing treatment at Puri town COVID hospital. He was 61.
As per sources, after testing COVID positive Ramdas was in home isolation. When his conditions deteriorated he was admitted to the Infectious Diseases Hospital (IDH) Puri. Later, he passed away last night after fighting this deadly disease.
On work point, Charan Ramdas is an Oriya preacher. Hindus, especially the Jagannath culture, deliver speeches through the discourse. He has earned a reputation as a popular preacher in Odisha. His compilations of Gita Mahima, Ramayana, Shiva Mahima, Ma Tarini Kathamrut, Srimadbhagavata Gita, Ata Kalikal, Trinath Mela are available in CD DVD format.
